Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation will result in the suspension of withdrawal capabilities until such documentation is received and approved.

yesbbet reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to the Platform's satisfaction. Account Registration & Security
To access the full range of Services offered by yesbbet, you must register a player account. One Account Policy

Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts except the earliest-registered account will be closed, and any accumulated bonuses, free spins, or bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless and until you have reported the compromise to yesbbet and we have confirmed a security lock on the account. yesbbet strongly recommends enabling OTP-based two-factor authentication, which is available to all account holders at no charge. yesbbet will never contact you by email, SMS, or any other channel to request your password — any such communication claiming to be from yesbbet that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support@yesbbet immediately.
Account Verification (KYC)
yesbbet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with its anti-money laundering commitments. All players are required to complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed. KYC documentation requirements include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address dated within the last three months, and — where payments are made via mobile financial services — confirmation of MFS account ownership. yesbbet may request additional documentation at any time and is entitled to withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory KYC completion.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
yesbbet supports a range of payment methods specifically selected for the Bangladesh market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All account balances are maintained in Bangladeshi Taka (৳/BDT). Deposits denominated in other currencies will be converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing; any applicable conversion fees are borne by the player.
Deposits
- Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit on the Platform.
- Deposits processed via bKash and Nagad are credited to your yesbbet balance within 60 seconds under normal operating conditions.
- yesbbet does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits. However, your mobile financial service provider may charge a transaction fee on their end, which is outside yesbbet's control.
- You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and will result in an account investigation and potential suspension.
- Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your gaming balance. Contact support@yesbbet immediately if you believe a deposit error has occurred.
Withdrawals
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible.
- Withdrawals to verified bKash and Nagad accounts for KYC-approved players are processed within 15 to 60 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays.
- Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing fees are specified on the Platform's cashier page and may be updated from time to time.
- yesbbet reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount exceeds standard thresholds or where account activity patterns trigger security review protocols.
- Withdrawal requests submitted while a bonus is active may be restricted until the applicable wagering requirement has been met. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.
Anti-Money Laundering: yesbbet is committed to preventing the use of its platform for money laundering or the financing of illegal activities. All transactions are subject to monitoring. Players who deposit funds without engaging in gaming activity and then request withdrawal may be subject to enhanced due diligence review, and withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation. yesbbet cooperates fully with lawful requests from relevant authorities.
Bonus & Promotions Policy

In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
General Bonus Conditions
- Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim the same bonus across multiple accounts constitute a breach of these Terms and will result in the forfeiture of all associated balances.
- All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived balance (or, where specified, the combined bonus and deposit balance) can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in multiples of the bonus amount (e.g., ×30 means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times in full).
- Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and scratch cards typically contribute at a lower percentage than slot games. Contribution percentages for each game category are listed on the Platform's promotions page.
- Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not met within the validity period stated in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonus funds and associated pending winnings are forfeited automatically.
- yesbbet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any player who has already accepted and activated a bonus in good faith will be permitted to complete the wagering requirement under the originally stated conditions.
- The Platform reserves the right to withhold or recover bonus funds and associated winnings in cases where fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms is detected.
VIP Programme
The yesbbet VIP loyalty programme operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Tier qualification is based on accumulated wagering volume over rolling qualification periods. Each tier provides access to enhanced withdrawal limits, faster processing times, personalised reload bonuses, dedicated account management, and exclusive high-stakes table access. VIP tier status and associated benefits are subject to change at yesbbet's discretion. Players will be given reasonable prior notice of any material reduction in VIP benefits applicable to their current tier.
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using yesbbet, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and in a manner that does not harm the Platform, its staff, or other players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration, verification, or payment process.
- Attempting to register or maintain more than one account on the Platform.
- Using software, bots, scripts, automated tools, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
- Exploiting bugs, errors, or system malfunctions in any game or Platform feature. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected technical error are void and will not be paid. Players who discover a technical error are required to report it to support@yesbbet immediately.
- Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated multi-account play in poker, live casino, or other multiplayer game formats.
- Laundering money, financing illegal activities, or depositing funds derived from criminal sources through the Platform.
- Using the Platform while located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour towards yesbbet staff or other players via any communication channel.
- Attempting to circumvent any security, age verification, or responsible gaming measure implemented by the Platform.
- Claiming bonuses or promotions in bad faith, including systematic bonus hunting, arbitrage betting across promoted odds, or coordinated abuse of new-player offers across multiple accounts.
yesbbet monitors Platform activity continuously and reserves the right to take immediate protective action — including balance holds, account suspension, and permanent closure — where prohibited conduct is suspected, without being required to disclose the specific reason for such action where disclosure would compromise an ongoing security investigation.
Account Suspension & Closure
yesbbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or the Responsible Gaming Policy.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the Platform for illegal purposes.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe after a withdrawal request.
- Detection of duplicate or linked accounts held by the same individual.
- Self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
- Receipt of a lawful instruction from a regulatory authority, financial institution, or law enforcement agency.
- Extended account inactivity (defined as no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months), subject to the dormant account policy described below.
Voluntary Closure
Any player who wishes to close their account voluntarily may do so by submitting a written request to support@yesbbet. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, yesbbet will process the closure within 48 hours. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and wagering-incomplete balances) will be refunded to the player's verified withdrawal method within 5 business days of account closure confirmation.
Dormant Accounts
An account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months is classified as dormant. yesbbet will attempt to notify the account holder via the registered email address prior to applying dormant account status. A dormant account administration fee may be applied monthly to dormant accounts holding a real-money balance, as detailed in the Platform's fee schedule. The remaining balance will not fall below zero as a result of dormant account fees. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and completing a re-verification check with the support team.
Self-Exclusion: If you are concerned that gaming is becoming a problem, you can activate self-exclusion from Account Settings at any time. Self-exclusion blocks all access to the Platform and suspends all marketing communications for the selected period. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, yesbbet, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliated game providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform or inability to access the Platform, including but not limited to:
- Financial losses incurred through gaming activity, whether or not those losses result from a technical error, service interruption, or third-party system failure.
- Loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from any Platform outage, maintenance window, or cyberattack outside yesbbet's reasonable control.
- Errors or omissions in game outcome displays, balance calculations, or bet settlement results caused by transient technical faults, provided that yesbbet takes commercially reasonable steps to identify and correct such errors in a timely manner.
- Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment service providers, including mobile financial services, banks, or intermediary processors.
- Losses arising from a player's failure to secure their login credentials or from unauthorised account access that was not reported to yesbbet promptly.
yesbbet makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful code. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated via the Platform's notification system where reasonably practicable. Unplanned outages will be addressed as a priority and players affected by game interruptions during live wagers will be treated in accordance with the Platform's game interruption policy, details of which are available from the support team.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the principles of fairness and good faith. Any dispute arising from your use of yesbbet that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal dispute resolution process should be directed in writing to support@yesbbet. yesbbet will acknowledge all formal written disputes within 5 business days and will endeavour to reach a resolution within 28 calendar days of receipt.
